made a purchase on Saturday 31.01.2015 , 5 pks mens underwaear, at the till the item was paid for and not put into my shopping bag, please advise how can I redeem my purchase that was already paid for.

It would be best to contact the store directly. We just like shopping and don’t own any of these stores.
