This year I want to do a beautiful white Christmas tree with silver bells, red ornaments and nothing else. I wanted quick easy and not the old plastic tree, so off we went this weekend and found a dead tree with its branches ready to come home with us. Found the perfect branch that looked like a mini tree and drove on home with it.

At home hubby suggested I use the spray paint and so I did. Never worked with spray paint and did I pay…

I came down with a headache straight out of hell and could barely see and definitely not walk. Drank 2 headache tablets an still the headache persisted. I then decided to take a bath to wash of any of the poisonous fumes that may linger on my skin and hair. Thankfully this helped.

To add insult to injury, my dear hubby decided to get rid of everything that had spray paint on…now I still have no tree.

How to make your own white Christmas tree:

  1. Don’t use spray paint
  2. Get normal paint that needs to be applied with a paintbrush
  3. Get your perfect branch
  4. Attach branch to a footpiece
  5. or place it in a vase
  6. Voila – you have a tree to decorate
